About Our Comapny
The MotoMorial was inspired by the designer’s parents’ wishes. Ma and Pa always planned to pass away together in old age. Their death would be followed by taking their cremains and preserving them in the handlebars of their 1959 PanHead they rebuilt together.
When that didn’t happen, Ma (now a widow) wanted her son to design and machine small capsules that could be affixed to the handlebars of multiple friend’s bikes; including the two motorcycles they had gifted to their son. The first conceptualized batch of a dozen were distributed before Pa’s memorial. Pa was there on his memorial ride around the Great Sacandaga Reservoir. Now, every time Tavis rides, his dad is with him and Tavis wanted the world to have that same heartwarming experience.
Tavis grew up on 32 acres in the Adirondacks of Upstate New York. Being given his first bike at the age of 7, his love of riding has never waned. Tavis shared the earliest memory of his first time on a motorcycle; he was sitting on the tank of his dad’s bike and twisting his father’s right hand to try to go faster! When we lose a loved one it is the warmth from memories like this that give us a glimpse of joy and allow their legacy to carry on.

Mission Statement
My Dad inspired a love of motorcycles along with my career in machining. I have brought the two together in manufacturing Motomorial. This concept is unlike anything available in the market. Our promise is to continuously give our customers the highest quality product allowing you to honor your loved one’s memory. Taking a recent four-day ride throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, looking down at my own MotoMorial was a warm reminder of memories riding with my father.
